Cyborg the current Bellator MMA Featherweight champion has captured Gold in the UFC, Invicta, and Strikeforce before signing with the premier women’s Featherweight division in Ultimate Fighting.
A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt, Cris Cyborg is currently conducting Thursday YouTube live workouts for people who have remained at home during this covid-19 health crisis caused by the CoronaVirus. Listening to the CDC Center of Disease Control suggestions of social distancing, Cyborg began conducting these classes when she herself stopped training with her own team of coaches.
