By placing an order through the website you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify such terms at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the website and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made..

Processing Orders

All items are made to order by our manufacturing and fulfillment partner and have an production time of 2-7 business days. We will start processing your order once payment is received and upon completion the order will be sent from our fulfilment partner. Your order typically ship out within 3-5 business days after completion.

COVID-19 related delays. Please note that due to the current circumstances our manufacturing and fulfillment partners are not able to work at full capacity. Up to 10-15 days delays in production time can be expected, although most orders will be fulfilled before that. In rare occasions even further delays is possible, this IS NOT taken in consideration possible delays in the transit and shipping chain after production.

Presentation of Items

Each item displayed for sale is sold subject to the description and visual representation given. We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible however because it is a digital visual representation of the item and not an actual product photo we cannot guarantee that the images will be completely accurate in terms of print size, location and color accuracy.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

By placing an order you are acknowledge and accepting that we do not offer any returns or exchanges due to ordering of the wrong size. All sales are final with the exception of damaged, faulty or incorrect sent items.

If you receive a the wrong or a faulty item claims must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on us or our fulfillment partners part are covered at our expense.

Import Taxes & Custom Duties

By placing an order you are acknowledge and accepting that the recipient of all international shipments might be subjected to additional import taxes and/or custom duties once the shipment have reached the destination country. And that this, if applied will be an additional cost incurred upon what you have already been charge during the checkout by your local customs office or a third party customs broker. All additional charges for import and custom clearance is the sole responsibility of the customer and we should not be hold responsible for any related costs or fees regarding import and custom clearance.
