UFC Legend Mark Coleman alive and recovering following house fire

Not all heroes wear capes, and that was proved last week as Mark Coleman saved both of his parents from a burning building .  The former UFC Champion said he is “Blessed and grateful” to be alive while recovering thin the hospital days after his parents home caught fire last Tuesday morning.

Coleman who is now 59 years of age was awaken by the family dog which then lead him to carry both of his elderly parents from the house before going back to try and save the family dog, which ultimately did not make it.

Coleman was covered in black soot and was coughing and having trouble breathing as EMS took him to an ambulance.  Coleman posted on Instagram “I want to first thank my higher power above” adding “Wihtout him, this isn’t possible.”

Mark Coleman known as the God Father of GNP appears to be making a recovery thanks to the latest updates provided by the family.
