People often ask me what fight week is really like.

They see the interviews, the weigh-ins, the media obligations, and then they watch the fight. But what they don’t see are the early mornings, the extra training sessions, the recovery, the travel, the conversations with my coaches, or the emotions that come with preparing for another world championship.

That’s why I started sharing my journey on OnlyFans.

As I get ready to defend my PFL World Championship against Ketlen Vieira on August 22, I wanted to give my fans more than just fight photos and highlight videos. I wanted to take you with me every step of the way.

This is an important fight for me.

If I defeat Ketlen Vieira, I’ll become the first woman in MMA history to reach 30 professional victories. That’s something no female fighter has ever accomplished.

I’ll also have the opportunity to become the only 19-time World Champion in mixed martial arts, another milestone that means so much because of the incredible opponents I’ve faced throughout my career.

But before anyone talks about records, I know exactly what’s standing in front of me.

Ketlen Vieira is one of the toughest fighters in the world. She earned this opportunity by competing against the best in the UFC and has victories over Holly Holm, Miesha Tate, Cat Zingano, and Sara McMann. She is strong, experienced, and dangerous, and she deserves my complete attention.

That’s exactly where my focus is.

This will also be my return to MMA after winning the WIBA World Championship in professional boxing against Paulina Cardona in the main event of NCF 15. Boxing challenged me in new ways, but now it’s time to return to the sport that has been my home for more than 21 years.

One thing I’ve learned throughout my career is that the moments fans remember most aren’t always what happens inside the cage.

They’re the moments behind the scenes.

That’s why every week I release a free video blog on my OnlyFans, giving fans exclusive access to my training camps, travel, workouts, media appearances, recovery sessions, and everything that goes into preparing for another championship fight.

It’s the closest access I’ve ever given my supporters.

Another reason I love OnlyFans is because it’s where I can actually connect with people.

Every day I receive hundreds of messages across Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other platforms. I’m grateful for every person who takes the time to reach out, but the reality is that it’s impossible to reply to everyone.

On OnlyFans, I do.

Every message sent to me gets a response.

Sometimes I’m answering questions about training. Sometimes we’re talking about faith, nutrition, motivation, or life. Sometimes fans simply want to wish me good luck before a fight.

I enjoy those conversations because they’re personal.

OnlyFans lets me connect with everyone on my own schedule—when I have the time, the energy, and the opportunity to give each conversation the attention it deserves. There are even days when your encouragement motivates me just as much as I hope my journey inspires you.

That’s what makes the community so special.

If you’re excited about my fight with Ketlen Vieira, I invite you to experience this training camp with me.

Don’t just watch the fight.

Come behind the scenes.

See what it takes to prepare for another world championship. Follow my weekly video blogs, ask me questions, and become part of the journey as I chase history.

On August 22, I’m fighting for my 30th professional victory, my 19th world championship, and another chapter in a career that has already exceeded my dreams.

I hope you’ll be there with me every step of the way.

See you backstage.
