In a great matchup between two fighters in the top 20 of the Middleweight division, Brad Tavares currently ranked number 15 squared off against Krzysztof Jotko on the prelims of the Fox  Fight Night event from the Gila River Arena in Glendale Arizona.

Tavares has won 4 in a row, with his last defeat being a loss to Robert Whittaker in a bout where he was the favorite entering into the fight. At only 30 years of age, Tavares called out Michael Bisping for a UFC 226 fight. Currently UFC 226 will be headlined by Stipe Miocic Vs Daniel Cormier. Cris Cyborg is also suppose to fight Amanda Nunes provided Nunes can be victories at UFC 224 in Rio.

For Jotko after putting together a 5-0 run in the UFC has now lost his last 3 bouts against Uriah Hall, David Branch, and Brad Tavares. The Polish fighter is a representative of American Top Team and has spent time training in Thailand with Cyborg nation’s favorite Gym Phuket Top Team
