BIG NEWS for MMA fans in Liverpool England announced today! The UFC will be heading to Liverpool for the first time on May 27th, and the main event is going to be UFC striking specialist Darren Till against an opponent still to be announced.
While bouts for the card will be officially announced over the next few weeks, the UFC already shared that Dan Kelly will face Tom Breese and Elias Theodorou will go against Trevor Smith. Tickets are set to go on sale April 11th for members of the UFC Fight Club, and then on April 12th those signed up for the newsletter will be able to make their purchases, Finally April 13th is when tickets will go on sale for the general public, with this being the first time the UFC has come to Liverpool tickets are expected to sellout fast.
Darren Till is 16-0 with 1 draw and 4-o in the UFC with two decision wins and two tko/ko victories. In his most recent fight last October Darren Till defeated Donald Cerrone by first round TKO by punches at UFC Fight Night 118. Till also has UFC victories over Bojan Velickovic, Jessie Ayari, and Wendell De Oliveira Marques.
