Sean O’Malley picks up UFC 299 victory over Chito Vera

With a live gate of over 14.5 million dollars the UFC was back in Miami florida with a stacked card that saw former USA president Donald Trump in attendance.  The main event featured Chito Vera X Champion Sean O’Malley in a rematch won by Chito in 2020 at UFC 252

The Co Main event had Dustin Poirier X Benoit St. Denis with Dustin weathering a storm in the first round only to land a crushing Ko punch at 2:32 of the 2nd round to secure the victory over an opponent 10 years younger.

MVP the former Bellator MMA Star made his UFC debut with a decision win over Fan favorite Kevin Holland.  Jack Della Maddalena (JDM) picked up a come from behind KO flying knee over Gilbert Burns.  Petr Yan, Curtis Blaydes Maycee Barber, Masteusz Gamrot, Kyler Phillips, Philipe Lins, Michel Pereira, Robelis Despaigne, and Asu Almabaev were other winners on the UFC 299 fight night.
