PFL MMA 2025 World Tournament comes to a close with a BANG!

The 2025 PFL MMA World Championships Tournament was perhaps the best edition in the companies history and was highlighted with the #1 Sports Center Plays of the day Highlight by Fabian Edwards as he used the same head kick his brother Leon Edwards used to win the UFC Welterweight Championship to capture the 2025 PFL MMA Middleweight tournament over Dalton Rosta exactly 3 years to the day that the left high kick infamously landed– “Headshot–Bang”

Finishing out the 2025 tournament with PFL Championship 10 in Florida the CO Main event featured last years heavyweight tournament runner up Oleg Popov against Alexandr Romanov a former UFC Heavyweight. The bout went the entire 25 minute with Popov being declared the winner and receiving the half a million dollar tournament bonus with the victory.  The final Championship fight of the night belonged to Brazilian Antonio Carlos Jr who battled injuries to make his tournament return and claim his second PFL MMA Tournament championship after defeating young ASU wrestler Sullivan Cauley by submission.

The full list of 2025 PFL MMA World Tournament champions also includes; Thad Jean, Alfie Davis, Marcirley Alves, Liz Carmouche, and Molvid Khaybulaev.  Other showcased fights that took place in Florida on the season finale included Alexei Pergande defeating Ethan Goss, Lazaro Dayron taking Bryce Meredith undefeated record, Impa Kasanganay getting back int he win column, Rasul Magomedov picking up a decision, Sergey Bilostenniy and Josh Silveira also earning wins.  Opening action saw JP Saint Cruise defeat Tyler Ray with local North Carolina action.

The PFL MMA will now focus its attention to an October Road To Dubai showcase bout in the UAE which will feature a rematch of Usman Nurmagomedov X Paul Hughes.  Cris Cyborg is expected to make her return to the PFL MMA Cage in Saudia Arabia following that. 2025 has been a huge year for the PFL MMA organization as they have picked up significant momentum with the fans and fighters.
