Having ventured into Professional Boxing in 2022 with 2 professional fights including a win over Veteran Simone Silva in her native Curitiba Brazil and a win over Bellator MMA veteran Gabby Hollloway as the Co Main Event to Terence Crawford, Cyborg recently took to Social Media to announce her return to the professional boxing ring with occur 1/19/24, however no promoter, opponent, or venue details were given.

Cyborg who joined James Lynch on her youtube channel gave a few hints about her opponent saying that she was currently undefeated in boxing and ranked in the top 5 in the USA in her weight category.
Will Cyborg return to MMA to face Bellator #1 contender Leah McCourt? With no date announced yet for Bellator MMA in 2024, fans will have to wait and see when and where Cris Cyborg makes her MMA return, however with a possible showdown with PFL princess Kayla Harrison one thing seems certain; Cyborg will be returning to MMA win or lose after her boxing fight.
