Rizin FF is the top show in Asia and their 50th event is set to have some exciting matchups as fights are slowly starting to be released to the media. Current BKFC champion and former UFC title contender John Dodson will fight Takkai Soya and the newly signed Danny Sabatello takes his talents from Bellator MMA to Japan full-time with a fight against Shinobu Ota at Bantamweight.
Taking place inside the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo Rizin “OTOKO MATSURI” will also have featherweight champion Kleber Koike Erbst taking on Rajababil Shaidullaev and will showcase a single night Heavyweight Grand Prix.
Dodson hsa not fought MMA since 2023 when he lost a decision in Japan, since that time he has focused on BKFC with his last fight being a draw against Dagoberto Auero. His opponent Soyo has lost two consecutive fights but is a fan favorite.
Sabatello had one fight under the PFL banner after the Bellator MMA acquisition which was a draw against Lazaro Dayton
