Perhaps the most stacked fight card of the weekend, and the #1 Welterweight in the World will be taking place this Saturday inside the 3 Arena in Dublin Ireland as Ukrainian MMA Champion Yaroslav Amosov returns to the cage to face interim champion Logan Storley. Amosov who allowed Bellator MMA to create an interim championship when he decided to stay home and fight the Russian invasion in his native country of Ukraine. Amosov will face a formidable opponent in Logan Storley who is an American Wrestler at base and has a professional record of 14-1 with his only loss being a split decision to Amosov in 2020. With wins over Michael Venom Page MP, Neiman Gracie, and Dante Schiro since his loss the challenger Logan Storley has firmly secured his place as the #1 contender.
Amosov is currently 26-0 as a pro with wins over USA Wrestling sensation Ed Ruth, former Bellator Champion David Rickels, ex UFC fighters Erick Silva and Gerald Harris and former KSW Champ Champ now One Championship fighter Roberto Soldic. The Co Main event will feature fan favorite Pedro Carvalho against top Canadian Jeremy Kennedy in a fight that will determine which fighter moves ahead in the rankings. Peter Queally will also be facing Bryce Logan in a bout between two fighters with 7 defeats and over 10 victories on their record.
The highlight Women’s MMA fight will be Sinead Kavanagh against Janay Harding a rematch 2018 fight in which Harding opened Kavanagh with an elbow strike that caused a cut which forced the referee to stop the bout at the end of Round 1. With both fighters having primarily striking backgrounds this fight is guaranteed to be a crowd favorite as the Irish fans love a good contest on the feet.
