Talks for Cris Cyborg X Cecilia Braekhus fight starting again?

Back when fans first started talking about the megafight between Cris Cyborg and Cecilia Braekhus, Cris Cyborg had not became Grand Slam Champion yet but was holding the UFC belt in the women’s Featherweight division while Cecilia Braekhus was unified champion at 147lbs in women’s boxing.

Braekhus went on to lose two close fights to Jessica McCaskill at 147lbs before moving up in weight to 154lbs.  She is now the #1 ranked female fighter at that weight division and is expected to fight for the WBC belt at that weight as the mandatory #1.

Cyborg who is currently scheduled to fight in Boxing April 27th as the Main Event of Green Bay Fight Night is waiting for PFL to give her a fight date for the much anticipated Larissa Pachecho fight.

If Cecilia Braekhus wins the WBC belt at 154lbs could we see a megafight between here and CYBORG finally take place almost 6 years after rumors first started? Could Braekhus out box Cyborg or would Cyborg become the first fighter to hold MMA and Boxing World Championships at the same time?
