This saturday Anderson Silva took the victory home after his boxing match gainst Tito Ortiz who got knocked out by the Brazilian MMA fighter and now boxer too. Anderson is a former UFC Middleweight champion who has held his title for the longest which is a record of 2,457 days, his reign statarted is 2006 and eventually ended in 2013 with him having 16 consecutive wins in between that time span. Anderson Silva or ” The Spider” was the favorite in the bout, and he definitely showed why he was the favorite against Ortiz, who missed the weight that he was supposed to be at by five pounds in the weigh ins and in the match. If you don’t know who Tito Ortiz is, he is an American MMA fighter who was the champion of the UFC and is currently signed to Combate. Tito has had some really big wins in hos career and is known for being “The Huntington Beach Bad Boy” Ortiz has had hue fights in his career inclding Chuck Liddel, Ken Shamrock, Chael Sonnen, Ryan Bader , Vitor Belfort and other great fighters. Tito had one of his first boxing matches against Silva this weekend, Anderson Silva who has had mutiple boxing fights and MMA fights too, Anderson also has a great record he has fought Chael Sonen, Derek Brunson, Demian Maia, Vitor Belfort, Forrest Griffin and others too. Anderson Silva or “The Spider” won the fight in 1:21 of the first round in Hollywood, Florida he trapped him in the corner and knowcked “The Hunstington Beach Bad Boy” with a counter right hook.
