At 40 years of age Luke Rockhold still hasn’t moved on from fighting despite only 1 victory since 2017 which came against Joe Schilling in a Karate Conbat bout. Broken teeth in a BKFC bout against Mike Perry led to Rockhold verbally quitting that bout and now a vicious overhand left from Darren Till ended his night at Misfits Boxing 22 which took place in England. 5 of the last 6 losses suffered by Luke Rockhold have come by way of KO or TKO dating back to his upset loss to Michael Bisping at UFC 199.
The card also featured the debut of UFC cross over Tony Ferguson who competed in an exhibition bout against Salt Papi an influencer from the Philippines named Nathaniel Bustamante. In their first crossover event Misfits brought in Dillon Danis who faced off against boxer influencer Warren Spencer winning in an incredible 15 seconds via mounted guillotine choke.
Chase Demoor defended his MFB Heavyweight title with a 2nd round KO/TKO over Natan Marcon of Poland. Itwa sa dominant performance for Chase DeMoor. Other fighters who picked up a victory included; Ty Mitchell, Joey Essex, Rahim Pardesi, Amir Anderson, Carla Jade, Demi Sims, and J’hon Igram.
Cris Cyborg has been rumored for a Mixfits Boxing fight next year for their championship belt which is currently held by Brazilian fighter Jully Poca however Poca has been popcorn when it comes to signing the contract. Perhaps we will see Cyborg X Popoca sometime in early 2026 as Cyborg has said she will retire from both Boxing and MMA following her final PFLMMA fight. Leah McCourt worked as commentator for Misfits Boxing a ranked female featherweight who we could see Cyborg face in her final PFL MMA fight sometime next year.
