Jack Catterall upsets Regis Prograis with 12 round boxing decision

Heading into the fight a lot of people had Regis Prograis as the favorite in a fight against Jack Catterall.  Catterall who is 30-1 is not known for his KO power however that’s exactly what hurt Regis in the 9th round as he scored two knockdowns.

Showcased at the Co-Op live arena in Manchester the crowd got 12 rounds of tactical fighting from Catterall who outside of a flash knockdown by Prograis in the fifth round cruised without much danger in his boxing fight.

With scores of 117-108 and two of 116-109 Jack Catterall took the fight and moved himself up one step higher in the contender series of the division. Prograis who is now 35 years of age mentioned his interests in trying Bareknuckle boxing next.
