Cris Cyborg teamed up with premium Motor Vehicle company Bentley of Newport Beach to participate in the 2022 Celebrity Golf Tournament helping raise money for the Barks of Love charity which helps rescue Dogs and find them suitable rehoming situations. Taking place at the Monarch Beach Golf Links in Laguna Nigel California Cris Cyborg joined other celebrities like UFC Champion Carla Esparza, former K-1 Standout Razor Rob, and NFL Greats Christian Okoye, Venice Glenn, Mike Sherrard, Pete Shaw, Dokie Williams, Anthony Miller, Byron Chamberlain, Brad Bothe, Brett Miller, Walter Thurmond, Emmanuel Moody, Willie Buchanan, Ron Brown, Chris Hale, and actors James Tupper, JR Ramirez, Andrew Walker, and former Mob man Michael Franzese.
Cyborg who had never previously participated in Golf had this to say about the experience, “It was fun to challenge myself in a new sport knowing my participation was helping raise funds that are going to keep dogs alive and help them find forever homes. The Barks of Love is a great charity and the work they are doing is servicing animals giving them a second chance at life.”
