Cris Cyborg remains perfect in professional boxing with 2nd KO over Precious Harris McCray

Cris Cyborg returned to San Jose California, the city of her historic win over Gina Carano to celebrate her 20th year in Combat Sports with a professional boxing fight that was scheduled for 6 rounds of action against the Top 20 in the world, ranked Precious Harris McCray.  Many spectators were curious to see how Cyborg would preform against Precious Harris McCray who’s only defeat as a professional came against Elia Carranza who is currently ranked #4 in the World.

Cyborg who is a 17x MMA World Champion with belts for promotions like the PFL, UFC, Bellator, Invicta, and Strikeforce promotions entered into the fight with 4 official boxing wins as a professional and 2 additional exhibition boxing victories on her resume.  The first round of Cyborg Vs Precious Harris McCray was competitive with both fighters utilizing good head movement and range control in an attempt to establish their jab.

Round 2 was similar with Cyborg extending herself a bit more before capitalizing with a perfectly timed overhand right after slipping a rear uppercut which put Precious Harris McCray on roller skates.  Wobbly legged Harris McCray did her best to stay in the fight by trying to grab ahold of Cris and give herself time to recover, but the veteran MMA fighter used her feet to manage the distance while continuing to land big punches off the back leg before the ref was eventually forced to stop the fight giving Cyborg the KO victory at 1:57 seconds on the 2nd round.

Now 5-0 with 4KO’s and Cris Cyborg is quickly establishing a name for herself in the Super Welterweight boxing category of 154lbs.  Prior to the fight Cris Cyborg had mentioned Cecilia Braekhus as a possible opponent for the WBC belt or a chance at Sandy Ryan for a vacated WBO World Championship.  Do you think Cris Cyborg can beat Cecilia Braekhus or Sandy Ryan in a professional Boxing fight?
