With all of the media and news this week for Bellator 249, a lot of fans on Cyborg Nation might have missed Cris Cyborg’s appearance on the Big John McCarthy Podcast with former Strikeforce Champion, UFC and Bellator fighter Josh Thomson called Weighing In.
Cyborg took the time to meet with the two Mixed Martial Arts icons ahead of her first Bellator MMA title defense against 2x World Boxing Champion Arlene Blencowe. The only Grand Slam Champion in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts, Cris Cyborg made even further history becoming the first Bellator MMA, UFC champion to defend their belts successfully joining Eddie Alvarez as the only two Bellator MMA and UFC Champions. Cyborg having won the STRIKEFORCE, INVICTA, UFC, BELLATOR MMA featherweight championship belts is the only grand slam champion in the sport.
