Champions very rarely give fans a chance to see an inside peek of their training sessions, however UFC Champion Cris Cyborg is constantly giving inside access to her fans. In the latest video published by Team Cyborg you can see Cris working with UFC Champion Head Coach Jason Parillo on a drill aimed to improve her punching accuracy and speed.
using a jumping rope you will see Jason Parillo swing the rope in a circular motion as Cyborg targets the uppercut bag with straight rights, left hooks and power uppercuts. Jason Parillo who has cornered champions such as Michale Bisping, BJ Penn in the past has been credited with one of the major reasons why Cyborg has shown so much composure in her striking style since joining the RVCA gym.
Already granted a boxing license in the state of California, and a veteran of professional Muay Thai, fans are excited to see Cyborg Vs. Holly Holm Dec. 30th as the rumored main event for UFC 219.
