This past weekend AJ Mckee had a Main Event fight against Roberto Satoshi Souza and he took the victory home after five tough rounds of fighting in front of over 23,000 fans in Tokyo Japan. The fights took place in Japan at the Saitama Super Arena, and the event was a blockbuster since Bellator and Rizin decided to Co Promote this event and brought the best fighters of both promotions to see which event had the top fighters. In the main event the fight of Aj Mckee fought Rizin Lightweight Champion Roberto Satoshi Souza. Fans of Cyborg will know AJ Mckee is the son of her MMA coach Antonio Mckee and is from the LBC, with a record of 20-1 against some of the top names in teh sport including Patricio Pitbull, Darrion Caldwell, Spike Carlyle, Derek Campos and many more. Roberto Satoshi Souza is a Brazilian Mixed Martial Artist who has been professionally fighting since 2013 and has a record of 14-2 and has been fighting in the Rizin event since 2019. He has also fought many great fighters in the event before like Johnny Case, Yasuke Yachi, Tofiq Musayev, Kazuki Tokudome. He was the current Rizin Lightweight Champion. Aj Mckee took the victory by Decision after 3 rounds in his 2nd fight at 155lbs after making the move up in his last fight.
The co-main event was the fight of Patricio Pitbull vs. Kleber Koike Erbst and Pitbull also took the win home by decision. Pitbull is a Brazilian MMA fighter that has also fought many great fighters before Adam Borics, AJ Mckee, Emmanuel Sanchez, Juan Archuleta and more. He has a record of 35-5 and has been fighting professionally since 2004. Pitbull is the current 145lbs Bellator MMA Champion and was facing a fellow Brazilian in Erbst who had a record of 31-6 and is known for his grappling. Pitbull picked up a dominate decision victory along with Juan Archuleta, Horiguchi, and Rabadanov all secured victory wins for the clean 5-0 sweep on the Bellator MMA Vs Rizin FF fights.
There were many other great fights on the card as well like the fights of Junior Tafa vs. Tsuyoshi Kamiyama and John Dodson vs. Jideo Tokoro the entire fight card was action packed and delivered a blockbuster New Years Eve for fans that watched on Showtime Sports.
