Former UFC Interm Lightweight Champion Tony Ferguson got back into the win column with a victory over influencer Salt Papi and now it appears he will be getting back into the Boxing ring with Misfits to defend his middleweight championship belt Dec. 20th in Dubai.
Tony Ferguson will face Warren Spencer who fought Dillon Danis this past August and lost in only 15 seconds after he was submitted by guillotine choke. Spencer will return to Boxing where he has fought previously for Misfits. Tony Ferguson looked good in his debut fight with Misfits defeating influencer Salt Papi in the 3rd round giving him the first victory in awhile and being his first win after leaving the UFC.
The misfits event in Dubai is also scheduled to feature Dillon Danis who will be facing Pretty Body Anthony Taylor if things go as scheduled. Danis of course was attacked during a crowd brawl cageside at UFC 322 in New York and was removed from the arena ultimately being given a lifetime ban from attending UFC events.
Dillon Danis is supposed to fight Anthony Taylor on the MMA portion of the Misfits Boxing and MMA event taking place in Dubai December 20th.
