Merry Christmas to all of the friends, family, and fans who are a part of the #CyborgNation. Another blessed year as Cris Cyborg made her return to the Bellator MMA cage with a spectacular victory over MMA legend Cat Zingano by scoring a 1st round KO over the ADCC North Amercia grappling champion and former UFC title contender.
Earlier this year Cris Cyborg and Tito Ortiz starred in a Movie On Demand release called Operation Black Ops.The movie is about a group of mercenaries who are hired to overthrow a Neo Nazi stronghold deep in the heart of Texas only to discover that they are protecting nuclear codes that could ignite World War III. Directed by Jama Burden who also wrote it and produced the movie alongside Tristan Price the filme was released July 11th of 2023 and is an easy watch at only 1 hour 20 minutes and was distributed globally with Uncork’d Entertainment.
The movie itself was a bit all over the place according to critics, who said the film felt a bid rushed and that the storyline still needed some more development. Overall Cris Cyborg got positive reviews for her Sophomore movie debut. For Cyborg she has continued to expand her footprint in USA culture.
