Ryan who is from the UK and fought in Sheffield, England did her training camp in Las Vegas at the DLX Boxing Gym. Ryan who is managed by Brian Peters the manager of Katie Taylor captured a draw against Jessica McCaskill last Sept in a fight many felt she had won that would have unified the Ring, WBA, WBC, and WBO belts.
Harper who holds the WBA title at 154 pounds and is the #1 rated contender at the weight was moving down in her attempt to capture Sandy Ryan’s belt.
Cyborg who is returning to the ring Boxing ring April 27th in Green Bay Wisconsin at a bout held at 154lbs could look to drop to 147lbs with rumored super fights being looked at between Cyborg and possibly Katie Taylor, Chantelle Cameron, or Cecilia Braekhus.
