Remembering Old Times

I just arrived in Las Vegas and decided to train with my friend Michael Costa and Larissa Reis.
Talking about Michael Costa it is an old friend from the time I started training at Chute Boxe, I know him more than 10 years. It reminded me of many things of the past, laughed a lot, one of them is that at the time no one had glove, a glove was for everyone and I would train every day bike was far from my Home.
We spent many difficulties were amateurs but with spirit warrior wanting a place in the sun, but that each time then reflects what we are today. I am very grateful. After all, we had fun with little, simplicity, friendship, partnership, complicity thing and hard to find.
Currently Michael Costa is professional Fighter, he was three times the Ultimate Fighter coach and coach of the Academy is Wanderlei Silva in Las Vegas.

Lembrando os Velhos Tempos

Cheguei hoje em Las Vegas e aproveitei para treinar com o meu amigo Michael Costa e Larissa Reis.
Falando um pouco Michael Costa ele é um amigo antigo da época que comecei a treinar na Chute Boxe, conheço ele mais de 10 anos. Fez me lembrar de muitas coisas do passado, rimos muito, umas delas é que na época ninguém tinha luva, era uma luva para todos e eu iria treinar todos os dias de bicicleta era longe da minha casa.
A gente passava muitas dificuldades éramos amadores mas com espírito de Guerreiro querendo um lugar ao sol, mas que cada momento naquela época reflete o que somos hoje. Sou muito grata. Apesar de tudo, a gente se divertia com pouco, a simplicidade, amizade, parceria, cumplicidade coisa que e difícil de se encontrar.
Atualmente o Michael Costa é lutador profissional, foi três vezes treinador do Ultimate Fighter e é treinador da Academia Wanderlei Silva em Las Vegas.
