PFL Sioux Falls rocks the Sanford Pentagon with a sellout crowd!

The Professional Fighters League kept the momentum rolling as they rolled into Sioux Falls with a stacked card in front of a sold-out crowd at the Sanford Pentagon. The main event featured former Bellator MMA Interim champion Logan Storley making his return to his hometown to fight number 6th ranked and PFL European Welterweight Champion Florim Zendeli.  Storley found his rhythm early and kept the pace in front of a crowd where he has never lost at home in Sioux Falls.  Following two point deduction for grabbing the fence, Zendeli needed a stoppage as his only path to victory after the first round.  Storley grinded his way to a dominant 30-25 decision on all three judges score cards.  PFL’s Welterweight champion is Ramazan Kuramagomedov and the victory at PFL Sioux Falls may have place Logan Storley one step closer to another shot at gold.

The Co Main event featured Gadzhi Rabadanov of Dagestan against Alex Chiron of Latvia and was a competitive fight with Rabadanov using his forward aggression to keep the pressure and stop Chizov from ever gaining confidence in the striking.  The pressure of Rabadanov is going to be hard for lightweights in the division to deal with.

Two highlight knockouts entertained the crowd in back to back fights as Simeon Powell put an exclamation point on his win over Emiliano Sordi with a knee and punch combination that sent the former PFL MMA Million Dollar Champion Sordi to the mats.  Renan Ferreira the number 2 ranked Heavyweight dropped his third in a row after back to back losses to Francis Ngannou and Vadim Nemkov, Ferreira was KO’d by the number 6th ranked Sergey Bilostennly.

Other winners on the night included Sergei Bilosteeniy, Rasul Magomedov, Sabrinna De Sousa, Sang Won Kim, Taila Santos, Angel Alvarez, Brett Bye, and Maxwell Djantou Nana. May 23rd the PFL is in Brussels Belgium and June 27th the promotion heads back to the USA when the PFL makes their debut in San Diego.
