Patricky Pitbull brothers involved in street fight at Karate Combat

Patricky Pitbull is no longer fighting in Karate Combat for the Belt against champion Shazaib Rind. The fight was supposed to be a light weight bout for the Karate Combat Championship in Miami. During the face-off the Brazilian Fighter and Shazaib got into a minor altercation prior to the fight outside of the fighters hotel in Miami.

During the face-offs yesterday Pitbul and Shazaib got face to face without anyone separating them before Patricky secured double undercooks and a body lock. Rind aggressively pushed the face with a punch and when the two where being pulled apart there a head kick towards Patricky. Following the missed kick Patricky’s brother Patricio jumped into the commotion with his own punches.

Following the altercation at the weigh in’s Thurday, the following morning both fighters were antagonized by a group of Team Shazaib supporters with the provocation including water guns aimed at their wives inside the hotel restaurant where the Pitbull brothers followed the antagonizes to the parking lot before a wild brawl took place. Pitbull will no longer participate in the Karate Combat fight after suffering a cut over his eye brow. The police, and now the state commission are also invovoled. Shazaib Rind was not directly involved in the incident, and as such will face a replacement fighter at Karate Combat.

What part do you think the promotion plays in being able to provide proper hotel management to ensure these types of incidences do not occur?
