Thug Rose Namajunas suffers loss at move to Flyweight against Manon Fiorot at UFC FN 226

Rose Namajunas made her UFC return in a new weight class at UFC FN 226 in Paris France when she faced the surging Manon Fiorot losing a 3 round Co Main event fight.  Fiorot who is 11-1 in MMA stood for most of the fight with Namajunas unable to find the timing for her counter strikes the visibly smaller opponent struggled to integrate takedowns as the larger Manon Fiorot defended them.

In the Main Event Ciryl Gane got back to his winning ways with a TKO over Serghei Spivac that came following a flurry of violence at 3:44 of the 2nd round.  Gane who has lost to Francis Ngannou and Jon Jones looked impressive as he dominated the first round before putting his opponent away in the second.

others with wins included Vokan Oezdemir, William Gomis, Taylor Laupilus, Ange Loosa, Nora Cornolle, Farid Basharat, Benoit Saint- Denis, and Jacqueline Cavalcanti.  The event was in front of a sold out crowd at the Accor Arena which is the same arena Bellator MMA hosts their events when they are in Paris.
