Lerryan Douglas scores 36 second KO with DWCS to earn a UFC Contract

Lerryan Douglas one of the top prospects in the world not signed to the UFC changed all of that in less than a minute Tuesday night as he entered into the cage at Dana White Contender Series against 9-1 veteran Cam Teague.  Lerryan Douglas has won 5 consecutive fights with all of them ending by violent knockouts against opponents with a combined 51-9 record.

A LFA Champion Lerryan Douglas captured the belt with his 2nd round KO over Elijah Johns after winning the interim championship against Javier Reyes.  A Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt and a national level wrestler Lerryan Douglas has been a training partner for Cris Cyborg for both of her past training camps including Cat Zingnao and Larissa Pacheco.

A member of the Bloodlines Combat Sports management team, Lerryan’s Knockout has already gone viral with over 10 million views on the DWCS Instagram account making it the most watched video on the Instagram channel surpassing Dana White Contender Series KO’s by Sean O’Malley and Raul Rosas Jr.

Having won the LFA, Nacao Cyborg Championship belts at 145lbs Lerryan Douglas is expected to compete for the UFC featherweight rankings as a well rounded mixed martial arts fighter he has the ability to strike, wrestler, and grapple making him a threat in every position the fight can go.
