Chute Boxe legend Shogun Rua returns to the UFC against volkan oezdemir

HEEEEYY!! Chute Boxe Style has always been about violence and power, something fans of Mauricio Shogun Rua have come to love from his performances.  Beating Gian Villante via TKO at his last fight, Shogun has now put together 3 straight wins in the UFC after a difficult main event loss to Ovince St. Preux back in 2014.

Shogun will be facing Volkan Oezdemir who in his last fight suffered a TKO loss to Daniel Cormier as he was fighting for the Light Heavyweight World Title.  A heavy puncher himself Volkan has a 15-2 record with 11 of his wins coming by KO or TKO.  The fighter from switzerland has an impressive 75% KO win ration, which is one fo the best in the UFC.

The fight between these two explosive fighters is scheduled to take place May 19th, inside the Movistar Arena in Santiago Chile.  UFC Fight Night 129 will be the UFC’s first trip to Chile and will feature Vincene Luque, Chad Laprise, Andrea KGB Lee, Veronica Macedo, Alexa Grasso, and Tatiana Suarez.  The main event has not been named yet.
