Bellator MMA has had a blockbuster string of announcements lately. Starting with last Friday’s Bellator 288 fights in Chicago which saw the 1 million dollar Light Heavyweight Tournament come to a conclusion and the LW title fight between Pitbull and Usman Nurmagomedov the next few months are stacked for the Viacom owned MMA promotion.
Bellator 289 will be the bantamweight Grand Prix finals which take place Dec. 9th followed by the Dec. 31st Bellator X Rizin FF event in Japan, and then the first event of 2023 will be Bellator 290 when the promotion brings Champion Ryan Bader to face Fedor in a rematch at the Forum in Inglewood. Following that event Bellator will be heading to Ireland for their HUGE 3Arena Dublin Ireland fight night.
Fedor who many consider the greatest heavyweight of all time with wins over UFC Champions Quentin Jackson, Frank Mir, Pedro Rizzo, Andrei Arlovski, Tim Sylvia, Mark Coleman, Antonio Rodrigo Nogueria Big Nog on his resume Fedor started his career in 2000 with the RINGS promotion becoming a star of the PRIDE FC promotion in Japan
