Every fight camp teaches me something new. After more than 21 years as a professional fighter, I’ve learned that success isn’t built on one secret, it’s built on hundreds of small decisions made every single day.
When I step into the PFL SmartCage on August 22 to face Ketlen Vieira, I’ll be carrying more than my gloves. I’ll be carrying every early morning run, every strength session, every round of sparring, every recovery session, and every commitment I’ve made to becoming the best version of myself.
People often ask how I’ve been able to compete at the highest level for more than two decades. The answer isn’t complicated. I never stop looking for ways to improve my overall health, recovery, and daily habits.
Throughout my career I’ve won world championships in Strikeforce, Invicta FC, the UFC, Bellator MMA, and the PFL. I’ve earned 18 MMA world titles, nearly 30 professional MMA victories, and have spent years competing against the greatest female fighters in history. Longevity at this level isn’t an accident—it’s the result of discipline and consistency.
But my life isn’t just about fighting.
I’m also a mother to my daughter, Gabby. Being a mom has given me an even greater appreciation for taking care of my body and making choices that help me stay healthy, energized, and present for the people I love. Whether I’m in the gym, traveling around the world, speaking to young athletes, or spending time with my family, I want to perform at my best in every area of life.
That’s why I’m always interested in learning about new technologies that support wellness.
One product I’ve recently added to my daily routine is from Aires. The company has invested heavily in researching technologies designed to help people create a healthier relationship with the electronic devices we use every day. While everyone should do their own research and decide what’s right for them, I appreciate that Aires has spent years developing and studying its technology rather than simply making marketing claims.
As a professional athlete, I pay attention to every detail surrounding my preparation. My nutrition, hydration, sleep, mobility work, recovery, and mental focus all matter. When I find products that fit naturally into that lifestyle, I’m open to giving them a place in my routine.
I don’t believe championships are won because of one product. Championships are earned through years of sacrifice, relentless training, and unwavering discipline. But I do believe that creating the best possible environment for my body is worth pursuing.
For me, that’s what preparation is all about.
As I get ready for another world-class challenge against Ketlen Vieira, my confidence comes from the work I’ve already put in. Every workout, every recovery session, every healthy habit adds another brick to the foundation I’ve built over my career.
If there’s one lesson I’ve learned after more than two decades in combat sports, it’s this: greatness comes from consistently investing in yourself.
Whether you’re preparing for a championship fight, raising a family, building a business, or chasing your own personal goals, your health is one investment that always deserves your attention.
I’m excited to continue my journey, both inside and outside the cage, and I’m grateful to partner with companies that encourage people to think more intentionally about their overall wellness.
I’ll see everyone on August 22.
