A season in Mexico

Hi guys, I am currently in Mexico participating in the completion of Fabricio Werdum training to fight in the UFC and also preparing for my next fight in Las Vegas July 9 at Invicta Fc.

 We are in the city of Lerma in Mexico where the altitude is 3,300, is  very hard to training.

 This being a very cool experience, the Mexican people are very charismatic and simple.

 Me very reminiscent of Thailand.

   I feel very blessed to be having the opportunity to be in Mexico at the training camp of Werdum.  

This camp is present athletes, me, Felipe Werdum, Rodrigo Artilheiro, Maurício Shogun, Braga Neto, Alexandre “Sangue” and Fabricio Werdum.

   The coaching  at the camp, Rafael Cordeiro (MMA coach) Hernesto Salgado Garcia (physical trainer), Gabino (treinandor Boxing) and Renato Babalu (Wrestling).

Uma temporada no México

Oi pessoal, estou no momento no México participando na finalização do treinamento do Fabrício Werdum que lutará no UFC e também me preparando para minha próxima luta em Las Vegas dia 9 de julho no Invicta Fc. 
 Estamos na cidade de Lerma no México aonde a altitude é de 3,300, faz muito cansar muito. 

 Esta sendo uma experiência muito legal, os mexicanos são pessoas muito carismáticas e simples.

 Me lembra muito a Tailândia. 

   Estou me sentindo muito abençoando por estar tendo a oportunidade de estar no México no camp training do Werdum. Nesse camp está presente os atletas, eu Felipe Werdum, Rodrigo Artilheiro, Maurício Shogun, Braga Neto, Alexandre “Sangue” e Fabrício Werdum.  

   A comissão técnica no camp, Rafael Cordeiro ( treinador MMA) Hernesto Salgado Garcia( preparador física), Gabino( treinandor Boxe) e Renato Babalu( Wrestling).
