Cub Swanson picks up FOTN KO at UFC Fight Night Tampa Florida

Killer Cub Swanson put on one of the most spectacular fights of his long and historic career this past weekend as the UFC traveled to Tampa Bay Florida for a blockbuster fight night card headlined by Joaquin Buckley Vs Colby Covington and Cub Swanson as the Co Main event against local Tampa Florida Billy Quarantillo who 5 year younger than Killer Cub Swanson.

1-1 heading into the third round Cub used his forward pressure to land the overhand right several times before eventually knocking out his opponent Quarantillo.  Buckely would go on to finish Colby Covington via TKO ref stoppage and Manel Kape made a strong performance against Bruno Silva with a 3rd round KO.

Dustin Jacoby, Daniel Marcos, Navajo Stirling, Michael Johnson, Joel Alvarez, Sean Woodson, Felipe Lima, Miranda Maverick, Davey Grant and Piera Rodriguez also picked up wins during the south florida UFC event. Cub Swanson is head coach of LFA standout Lerryan Douglas who is set to fight LFA 200 in Minnesota. Douglas will look to unify the featherweight LFA Mixed martial arts championship belts.
