Until the 1st of April, Cyborg who is currently practicing a safer at home policy, has stopped training in combat sports for the time being and is not participating in BJJ, Boxing, Wresting, or Muay Thai sessions in a group setting.  While looking to continue her fitness training Cyborg has been completing a daily HIIT type of training routine which is High Intensity Interval Training.  In an effort to continue getting closer to the Cyborg Nation family, she has started live streaming the workout which are done daily from 10am PST and last typically around 20 minutes.

You can complete the exercises by working at your own pace in a safe and controlled environment which allows you to safely conduct each workout without fear of injury.  Modifications to workouts can be done to work around specific injuries or troubled areas.  If you are enjoying the Cris Cyborg Workouts, subscribe to the youtube channel as we will continue with this content daily Monday-Friday until the first of April as part of the CBS Viacom Paramount Bellator MMA Alone together initiative.
