Bellator 282 was suppose to be the new Light Heavyweight Champion of the UFC, a division which has failed to fined the proper taker after Jon Jones vacated his belt to pursue a fight in the UFC Heavyweight division, against what would be an expected fight against Free Agent Francis Ngannou.
Following a wild Split Draw at UFC 282 in a fight that put Jan Blachowicz against Magomed Ankalaev the UFC is still without a champion in the division and heading to Brazil, which allowed them to announce Glover Teixeira against Jamahal Hill who was scheduled to face Anthony Smith until getting the call for the World Championship Belt which is still vacant following Jiri Prachazka’s shoulder injury and vacating of the belt.
Glover Teixeira will be the main event at UFC Brazil and January and many fans are hoping the favorite secures the victory and becomes the oldest UFC LHW Champion in history. Hill is known for his heavy handed striking and good wrestling, while Glover has been at the top of the division for over a decade. Who do you think leaves as Champ?
