Shannon Knapp continues to put out amazing fight cards featuring the best in WMMA as she brings Invicta FC to Atlanta Feb. 7th for her 60th event with a main event that will feature Olga Rubin Vs Mayra Cantuaria and possibly assert who the #1 contender will be for Curitibana Champion Jennifer Maia of the Chute Boxe Academy.
The event will also see Jacie Cataline against Jamie Edenden as a featherweight Co Main event. Edenden has established herself as the #1 featherweight in Australia beating Abigain Montens of Mexico in her Invicta FC debut and finishing PFL fighter Gena Fabian with HEX Fight Series. Her only defeat against Sara Collins and Gina Gee Edenden is riding a 4 fight win streak while Jackie Cataline has put together two big wins of her own back-to-back against Lorrany Santos and Kelly Ottoni.
5 bouts have already been confirmed with SHanna Young X Katharina Lehner, Victoria Leonardo X Rayla Nascimento, Liana Pirosin X Shino VanHoose, Guilliany Perea Vieira X Hope Holmes and Joy Pendell X Krissa Timbs already public. Cyborg who was Invcita FC champion at 145lbs before moving to the UFC had this to say about Invicta FC 60, “It’s such a big fight card, I love seeing two featherweight fights on the night of action and am excited to see established fighters like Olga Rubin, Jackie Cataline, Jamie Edenden, Shanna Young, and Katharine Lehner get a stage like CBS Sports which is the broadcast partner of Invicta FC.”
