Belal Muhammad becomes first Palestinian UFC Champion

Belal Muhammad made history with his UFC UK performance as he defeated champion Leon Edwards via a decision in way to winning his 10th UFC fight in a row, and becoming the AND NEW UFC welterweight champion.  15-3 overall in the UFC Belal Muhammad was 2-0 in Bellator before joining the promotion.

With wins over Demian Maia, Sean Brady, Vincente Luque, Gilbert Burns, Belal has shown he is able to grapple with the best of them.  Showcasing a great mix between striking and wrestling, Belal put on a master display of skill similar to his Stephen Wonderboy Thompson performance.

Tom Aspinall went on to defeat Curtis Blaydes with a first round KO while Paddy Pimblett submitted Bobby Green to earn a 200K bonus from UFC president Dana White.  Gregory Rodrigues out worked CLD Christian Leroy Duncan, Arnold Allen scored a decision win over Giga Chikadze, Bruna Brasil over Molly McCann, Jake Hadley Muhammad Mokaev were also winners.
