The other fight that was well talked about was the fight of Taila Santos vs. Joanne Calderwood which was won by Santos by a submission with less than 20 seconds left for the end of the first round. Joanne Calderwood is a Scottish professional MMA fighter and former Muay Thai champion who is currently fighting in the Women’s Flyweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. As of November 23, 2021, she is #6 in the UFC women’s flyweight rankings. She has a record of 15-7 and her opponent Taila Santos is a Brazilian MMA fighter who is also in the UFC. As of November 23, 2021, she is #5 in the UFC women’s flyweight rankings.
