With a professional record of 9-3 Pannie Kianzad has proven herself the top Scandinavian female in Mixed Martial arts with a victories over challengers like UFC fighters Lina Lansberg, Milana Dudieva, Jessica-Rose Clark and Bellator Veteran Annalisa Bucci. Pannie eventually went on to compete for the Invicta FC Bantamweight title against Tony Evinger in 2015 before suffering back to back losses against BJJ World Champion Raquel Pa’aluhi and Current Bantamweight world Champion Sarah Kaufman before picking up a decision win over former Jungle Fight title challenger Bianca Daimoni at INVICTA FC 29 this past May.
Next up for Kianzad will be a bout against tough UK challenger Kerry Hughes who after an undefeated amateur career has gone on to face WMMA standouts Cindy Dandois, Zarah Fairn Dos Santos and Aga Niedzwiedz as her only defeats in her 3-3 professional career.
With a win June 9th at Brondby Hallen in Denmark Pannie will again assert herself as one of the top prospects in Women’s MMA putting together two consecutive wins in the Bantamweight division. For Kianzad who has been fighting exclusively in the USA since 2015 this will be her first fight in Denmark!
Pannie Kianzad is expected to audition for the upcoming UFC Ultimate Fighter reality TV show which will be holding open casting May 22nd in Las Vegas for an upcoming season that will feature female fighters in the Featherweight division. Should Pannie make the show, she would be an initial favorite to capture the season.
