Dana White continues to make moves as the most powerful promoter in the world having already crossed over from MMA into Boxing twice with the Mayweather Mcgregor mega fight and the Boxing fight of the year in Terence Crawford X Canelo Alvarez. Now formally announced Zuffa Boxing has partnered with Paramount and the TKO Group Holdings.
TKO will join forces with Sela- a Saudi Arabia entertainment conglomerate and will start airing and producing professional boxing events in 2026 on the CBS and Paramount + networks. The television network will also serve as broadcast of the UFC as a major exclusive partnership for the US Media rights was announced earlier last month.
Zuffa Boxing is operated by UFC CEO Dana White and WWE president Nick Khan and is under the Saudi Arabia General entertainment authority chairman Turki Alashikh. The deal was announced to include the USA, Canada, and some of Latin America with 12 events taking place in 2026. The exact terms of the deal were not made available to the media.
Zuffa Boxing is currently in the process of signing talent and Dana White has confirmed that female athletes will be included. There is a lot left to be seen about how his involvement will improve the sport of boxing as they intend to create their own championships rather than relying on the traditional sanctioning belts.
