Today I have provided a short video of myself and coach Chris Huxley, founder of San Diego’s north county swim masters program. Chris is well respected around the San Diego area for his coaching. This Sunday, I joined his masters swim practice at Alga Norte community park in Carlsbad, CA, where he holds regular long course swim practices in the 50meter pool. We swam a total of 3000meters today. Chris also coaches regular Monday/Friday masters swim workouts at the Encinitas YMCA.

Hoje tenho este pequeno vídeo eu e treinador Chris Huxley, fundador do programa de San Diego’s north county natação masters. Chris é muito respeitado na área de San Diego por seu treinamento. Este domingo, o treinamento de natação para masters no Parque Alga Norte na comunidade em Carlsbad, CA, onde ele mantém práticas de natação longo curso regular na piscina 50 metros. Nós nadamos um total de 3000metros hoje. Chris também treinadores regulares mestres segunda / sexta-feira nadar treinos no Encinitas YMCA.
