Sunday will be Mother’s Day in the USA and an opportunity to complete the Official Cris Cyborg Mother’s Day Workout Challenge.  With 3 timed rounds join Bellator MMA, UFC, Invicta, and Strikeforce champion Cris Cyborg through a series of exercises aimed at improving fitness, decreasing body fat, increasing muscle strength and endurance while improving flexibility and coordination.  This full body workout is perfect for beginners to intermediate to advance, and requires  no additional equipment to complete.

Cris Cyborg the only fighter in the sport of MMA to capture every world championship in their weight class is recognized as the only Grand Slam Champion in the sport of Ultimate Fighting.  A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Brown Belt Cyborg is a 2x IBJJF World Champion in the kimono purple belt division and an ADCC medalist for nogi competition.   A decorated combat sports Athlete, Cyborg has compete in wrestling, submission grappling, Muay Thai, MMA, and is expected to make a boxing debut sometime in 2020.
